From graduation, he jointed Shanghai Dredging Engineering Ltd and gained marine experience on Bulker, General cargo vessel, Tanker, FPSO, before joining Younger Niche Logistic Ltd in 2000, where he worked in operation, chartering desk and attained the position of General Manager within 5 years.

Mr. Yang co-founded OSL in 2005 as Managing Director to lead the company’s operating business in West Africa and Australian trade as well as running the owned & chartered-in handysize fleet worldwide.

After the merger with AMP in May 2012, Mr. Yang has remained the Managing Director of the new merged AMP, focusing on the Company’s West African trade, Mini-bulk chartering, and is overall responsible for the supervision of the Company’s operations team.

Ms. Jia has over 20 years of experience in the shipping industry, predominantly in the dry bulk chartering and broking sectors. From 1994 to 2004, Ms Jia worked in AP Moller/ Maersk China & Hongkong, mainly in the Handysize chartering department as a chartering broker. Afterwards she established her own independent broking house, Starlink Shipping, where she lead a team of brokers and serviced a great number of domestic and international clients, including OSL Shipping.

In September 2011, Ms. Jia joined OSL Shipping as Commercial Director. After OSL merged with the previous AMP in May 2012, Ms. Jia was promoted to the position of COO of the newly merged AMP.
